Precision Celebrates 39th Anniversary

Paula Durand, President/CEO

Durand first joined Precision in 1988 as our chief financial officer and was an integral part of growing Precision in the early years. She helped integrate new calibration software, including design, implementation, and training. Many of our current procedures and processes were established under her direction as Precision grew from a one-man shop in the 1980s to one of the leading calibration service providers in the metro area.

She left Precision in 2011 to pursue a career in public tax accounting (during which she specialized in corporate tax). Durand returned in 2018 with a strategic vision to grow our company.

As Lee Iacocca said, "In the end, all business operations can be reduced to three words: people, product, and profits. Unless you've got a good team, you can't do much with the other two." That's why Precision has some of the best talent in the industry with decades of experience.

Under Durand's leadership, Precision looks forward to increasing our focus on providing the latest technological solutions and expert metrology advice to improve throughput for all our customers.
