PRECISION
Precision Repair & Calibration Inc. was founded in 1982, as a calibraiton and repair shop; repairing various Precision Tools, gages, and measuring instuments. It's founder Jamie Durand realized the need for quicker turn-around then the OEM could offer. Precision grew in the 80's and 90's by expanding to offer calibration services to partner with many industries.
Paula Durand first joined Precision in 1988 as the chief financial officer and was an integral part of growing Precision in the early years. She helped integrate new calibration software, including design, implementation, and training. Many of our current procedures and processes were established under her direction as Precision grew.
In early 2000 Precision becomes one of the leading calibration service providers in the area; who has set the standard for excellence in precision calibration and inspection services throughout the midwest.
In 2016 Precision's founder Jamie Durand passed away.
Paula Durand accepts the position of President and CEO in 2018 with a strategic vision to grow the company.
